Jeremiah 33:6 - “I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.”

Dr. Melissa grew up in the Northwoods and experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of chiropractic care during high school. Struggling with mental health challenges, she received her first adjustment as a teenager—and within just three months of consistent care and healthier habits, she was off all medication and truly felt like herself again. It was then she knew her purpose: to help others feel their best by supporting the body’s ability to heal naturally. Dr. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University before gaining hands-on experience as a chiropractic technician. In 2020, she moved to Davenport, Iowa, to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic—the birthplace of chiropractic—where she graduated with academic honors. During her time at Palmer, she also played rugby, which further deepened her understanding of how essential regular adjustments are for active bodies and busy lives.

With a heart for holistic family wellness, Dr. Melissa is passionate about caring for patients of all ages—from newborns to expectant mothers to anyone seeking to feel their best. She is certified in Webster Technique, a specialized prenatal chiropractic method that supports balance and alignment during pregnancy.

Outside the Office Today, Dr. Melissa lives in Merrill with her husband, their son, dog, cat, and a lively flock of chickens. When not serving the community through chiropractic, you’ll find them outdoors camping, hiking, kayaking, or playing disc golf. They’re also avid board gamers (especially cribbage!) and enjoy studying the Bible together and being active in their church family.
